Your theory of change articulates why your organisation exists and the contribution it makes. Too many end up as a document produced once and filed away. We build ones that are used, understood across the organisation, and referenced long after the workshop that created them.
We co-design the theory of change with your executive team, board members, key staff and relevant external stakeholders, in a single day. That process does two things at once: it produces a clear, single page statement of the specific issue your organisation’s seeks to address, it’s activities and outcomes, and it forces the robust conversation that gets everyone genuinely aligned on what the organisation is actually there to do. Organisations that go through this process consistently report the clarity carries well beyond the document itself.
Once it exists, the theory of change becomes the foundation for everything else. Your three-year impact strategy addresses a specific part of it. Your impact measurement framework is built around the handful of outcomes it identifies. Staff induction uses it to orient new team members. Funding proposals use it to communicate your intention and focus in a single page.
