[special_heading title=”Innovation Feasibility Studies” subtitle=”” font=”secondary” margin_bottom=”20″]

As a starting point into the world of social innovation, we are often approached by organisations who would like to know how their capability could be applied to opportunities. They are hoping to both increase their impact and also find sustainable ways to fund their work, but they are unsure where to begin.

We offer to undertake an innovation feasability study which looks an the impact area they are focused on, their organisational capability and the opportunities in the market. The report makes recommendations on where the opportunities lie and which of these are most likely to be successfully implemented by the organisation as well as identifying potential partners.

We have undertaken this work for such organisations as the Queensland Eye Hospital, the Pyjama Foundation and Sister Kate’s Home Kids Aboriginal Corporation.
