WYWM supports veterans leaving their military careers to find meaningful work back home. This not only supports the family financially, but also improves mental health and social inclusion outcomes for veterans and their families. In doing this work, WYWM are also offering a new and cost effective approach for training and recruiting talent.
Project description
In 2019, we began working with the team at WYWM to prepare for a multi-million dollar capital raise that would support their rapid growth. We have worked with them on investment readiness for the impact investment market, which included work on their theory of change and impact measurement framework.
