Project description

In August 2017, we undertook a scoping exercise to explore the market opportunities for social enterprises in Fiji, focused on health, hygiene, water and sanitation. Significant opportunities and needs were uncovered and discussions were initiated with a number of key stakeholders in Australia and Fiji to build a social enterprise and raise approximately AUD $5 million to fund its establishment and operations. We expect that capital raise to be completed in 2020 and for the enterprise to be operational towards the end of the year.
