Suncorp were looking to develop an impact framework from their community strategy. The focus of their community strategy is on increasing resilience, specifically social, financial and natural hazard resilience. We researched and documented the evidence base on how social, financial and natural hazard resilience is created and then worked with the business to develop a Theory of Change and an Impact Measurement Framework drawn from those research insights.
