Project Description

We worked with the team at Save The Children to explore opportunities for payment by outcome contracts on a range of different impact areas to identify and design payment by outcome proposals. We reviewed the strengths of the organisations, the historical program areas and the focus areas of government contracts to determine the approach that would have the highest likelihood of engaging government partners. Once a program was identified as having the highest likelihood of being of interest to government, we developed a robust, evidence based proposal that could form the basis of either a tender response or a market led proposal.
