Project description
We worked as the advisor to the Payment by Outcome Taskforce in DPC, and working with a range of other departments, to explore establishing demonstration projects using a payment by outcomes approach. It was a co-design process where the outcomes, data and measurement enabling environment were to be agreed collectively, with all issue stakeholders
The Co-Design Forum was held on the 10th & 11th of December 2015, bringing together 80 people from all sectors to explore the design principles for projects in Queensland and tease out specific opportunities.
