Payce wanted assistance to develop a compelling proposal for the NSW Government’s Communities Plus tender which incorporated: innovative approaches to supporting people living in social housing towards greater independence; new partnerships between private sector and non-government players; and how to leverage the existing funding envelope to create better outcomes for clients.
